Scrubber Dry & Wet Manufacturers in India
High-efficiency wet packed-bed & dry chemical scrubber systems for industrial fumes, acids, and VOC emissions.
EUROCON Industrial Air Scrubbing Systems utilize advanced mass-transfer packed columns, high-energy venturi nozzles, and chemical neutralizing spray headers to scrub hazardous gaseous pollutants from industrial exhausts. Available in Wet Scrubber configurations (with Tellerette packing and multi-tier spray headers) and Dry Scrubber configurations (with impregnated activated carbon and chemisorbent media), Eurocon Scrubbers neutralize acidic gases (SOx, NOx, HCl, Cl2) and VOCs with up to 99.5% efficiency.

PRIMARY INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL ENVIRONMENTS
Scrubber Dry & Wet Manufacturers in India – Eurocon Systems LLP
Eurocon Systems LLP is one of the engineering-focused scrubber dry & wet manufacturers in India, building industrial air scrubbers that remove acid fumes, toxic gases, VOCs and particulates from process exhaust. Each unit is designed and manufactured at our facility in Rohad, Bahadurgarh (Haryana), and sized to the gas load, airflow and emission targets of the plant it will serve.
Many industrial processes release corrosive or hazardous gases that cannot be discharged directly into the atmosphere. A scrubbing system treats this exhaust before release, protecting workers, neighbouring communities and the environment, and helping plants meet pollution control requirements. Choosing the right scrubber technology, wet or dry, is the first step to reliable emission control.
Why Choose Eurocon as Your Scrubber Manufacturer
As a scrubber manufacturer, Eurocon offers both technologies. Wet systems use packed-bed absorption columns filled with high surface-area Tellerette or Pall ring media, irrigated by non-clogging spiral spray nozzles for maximum gas-liquid contact. Dry systems use chemical adsorbent media stages for gases that are better captured without water.
Construction is matched to the chemistry. Polypropylene (PP) and fibreglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) dual laminate casings resist aggressive chemicals, with PVDF or SS316L options for high-temperature and extreme chemical conditions. High-efficiency chevron mist eliminators remove up to 99.9% of entrained droplets down to 15 microns, and corrosion-resistant PP/FRP centrifugal blowers move the exhaust safely through the system.
For continuous, low-attention operation, wet units can be supplied with automated pH, ORP and conductivity dosing skids. The standard range covers 1,000 to 40,000 CFM and static pressure up to 2,000 Pa.
Scrubber Dry & Wet Applications
Eurocon fume treatment systems are used in chemical and agrochemical synthesis plants, electroplating, anodising and metal pickling lines, pharmaceutical API manufacturing reactors, battery manufacturing acid fume extraction, and foundry, smelting and metal finishing operations.
Each of these processes produces a different mix of pollutants. Our engineers study the gas composition, concentration and temperature before selecting the gas treatment unit type, packing depth, liquid circulation rate and materials of construction. Where the exhaust carries heat or odour rather than corrosive gases, a cabinet exhaust unit is often the simpler solution.
How Eurocon Builds Every Scrubber System
Quality is built into every stage of production at our Bahadurgarh facility. Incoming sheet steel, aluminium and stainless alloys are inspected before cutting, and components are cut on fibre laser tables and formed on CNC press brakes for accurate, interchangeable parts. Blower impellers are dynamically balanced on calibrated machines for quiet rotation and long bearing life, and finished fans are tested to measure airflow against static pressure, power draw and sound levels.
System construction adds its own checks. PP and FRP fabrication is matched to the chemical duty identified during design, packing media and spray nozzles are selected for the gas load, and dosing controls are configured to the pH range of the process. Our engineers also review exhaust temperature and dust content, because these decide whether a wet system, a dry system or a combination of the two will give the most reliable result over the life of the plant.
Custom Scrubber Systems, Delivered Across India
Every system is configured to order, with choices of wet or dry technology, column size, packing media, materials, blower and dosing controls. Selection data is shared with the quotation so consultants and environmental teams can review the design before manufacturing begins.
From our plant in Haryana we supply scrubbing systems across India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kerala, Assam and Jammu & Kashmir. If you are evaluating scrubber dry & wet manufacturers in India, share your process exhaust details with Eurocon Systems LLP and our engineers will recommend the right gas treatment unit.
